Warehouse Management Automation

Client implemented a SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system to automate and optimize its warehouse operations. This system enables real-time management of warehouse stock, streamlines logistics processes, and optimizes the use of storage space. Key improvements include master data maintenance, efficient receipt and shipment of goods, and optimized storage through bin location warehousing with ABC segmentation. Additionally, the introduction of mobile terminals and data acquisition devices enhanced tracking accuracy and minimized human errors.

Global AWS Cloud Migration

The client faced challenges during modernization, including slow services, frequent system failures, delayed service delivery, and difficulties in scaling and recruitment due to a fragmented infrastructure. To address these issues, the company decided to migrate its services to a cloud-based infrastructure using AWS. SHS Investment formed specialized teams to oversee the migration, ensure continuous service availability, and unify the system architecture. The use of AWS services such as Glue, PySpark, ECS, and Kubernetes enabled the client to enhance fault tolerance, reduce costs, streamline recruitment, and ensure a seamless transition without service disruption.

As a result, the company experienced increased fault tolerance, cost savings through reduced server capacities, and more flexible financial planning due to the cloud's pay-as-you-go model. Recruitment efficiency improved by unifying the technology stack, reducing the need for narrowly focused specialists, and ensuring uninterrupted service access throughout the migration.

Automation of Financial Document Management

The customer needed to automate the processing of daily transaction data from text files into Excel pivot tables, which are then uploaded to the bank's internal information system. Previously, this process was manual, time-consuming, and error-prone due to the unstructured nature of the data. SHS Investment implemented a solution using the EasyRPA platform, automating data extraction, processing, and entry into the pivot table.

The RPA bot addressed several challenges, including the complex and varied formats of the financial data, which required custom parsing and adaptable logic for different document structures. The automation significantly reduced the manual effort, saving time, and cutting costs associated with paper and printer usage. Additionally, the system offers quick re-generation of reports and sets the stage for further automation of business processes.

Performance Management System

SHS Investment implemented a centralized Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and ETL processes to ensure high data quality for a client's performance management system. The solution also included the introduction of data marts, management, and regulatory reports, along with the configuration of IT infrastructure and training for client's employees on the new system.

The new system enables bank employees to efficiently analyze costs, assess product profitability, perform PL factor analysis, and manage risks. It also supports cost allocation, transfer pricing, and provides models and dashboards for Internet business, enhancing overall financial management.

Timely and Cost-Efficient Delivery of Goods and Services

Client sought to enhance its market presence, improve customer retention, and gain a competitive edge in the automotive services market. To meet these objectives, the company implemented SAP Sales Cloud for tracking and planning retail specialists' activities, as well as SAP Service Cloud to manage customer interactions, service requests, and overall operational efficiency.
